Terms of Services

Failure to comply with any of the rules listed will result in the cancellation of your commission. Do take note that a 50% fee will be deducted from the total of your upfront payment during refund.

1. General Terms
.....a. The commissioner should provide all relevant materials and requirements when .....submitting your request form.
.....b. The artist and the commissioner should first settle on an accurate explanation and .....interpretation of the expected finished product before starting the commission.
.....c. The artist has the right to cancel or deny any commission.2. Payment
.....a. The payment currency is in Euro.
.....b. Do not send payments unless the artist agrees to accept your commission and asks for .....the payment.
.....c. Commissioned artworks should be paid 50% down payment and 50% upon completion .....of the sketch before the artist takes on the request.3. Process and Delivery
.....a. Pre-commission
.....The artist will notify the commissioner the start of the commissioned artwork, and the .....Expected Turnaround Time will be activated. This should be around 4 weeks unless the .....artist notifies otherwise.
.....b. During Commission
.....The artist will first make a sketch, when finished the artist will sent a screenshot. This stage .....is where you can ask for all kinds of edits and changes. Once approved the artist will .....continue their work. Usually no W.I.P.s get sent out unless that's requested.
.....c. Post-commission/ Delivery
.....Once done, the completed artwork will be sent via email or discord DM as a
.....high-resolution png file attachment.
.....NOTE:
.....A jpeg file or other file type will also be sent upon request.4. Revisions
.....a. The commissioner is entitled to unlimited revisions during the sketch stage. Later on the .....colors may be revised as well.
.....b. Changing the subject of the commission will not be permitted after completing the .....down payment.
.....c. There will be no revisions allowed once the commission is considered complete.
.....d. Extra revision(s) outside of sketching an coloring will incur fees proportional to the .....additional workload.5. Copyright and Usage Policy
.....For every commissioned artwork, the artist:
.....a. retains the right to own the copyright of the completed artwork.
.....b. can promote services and products with the finished artwork anywhere.
.....For every commissioned artwork, the commissioner is allowed to:
.....a. Use the commissioned artwork for personal use unless agreed otherwise.
.....(Example: Upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
.....b. Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
.....For every commissioned artwork, the commissioner is not allowed to:
.....a. Claim the art is made by anyone other then the artist
.....b. Use the commissioned artwork in A.I. software or for anything N.F.T. related bussines.
.....c. Remove the artist's signature from the commissioned artwork.
.....d. Have the commissioned artwork be edited by anybody except the artist.Refund and Cancellation Policy
.....a. Refund
............i. No refund will be issued at any given circumstances unless:
............(1) I, the artist, failed to deliver the product according to the pre-agreed Turn Around ............Time (TAT) during the contract signing. (Refer to the commission contract to check the ............agreed upon TAT.)
In case of refunds, the artist will only refund the amount he got after cutting off the PayPal fees of 3.4%.
.....b. Cancellation
............i. The artist has the right to cancel any art commission and refund the appropriate ............amount.
............ii. The artist is entitled to cancel or deny the art commission if the artwork contains any ............depictions of racism/sexism/hate or is meant to mock/ridicule an individual for no ............apparent reason.
